Billing details and consent records supplied for historical orders remain part of those records; no withdrawal consent is collected for new orders. Payment identifiers and verified status information are associated with your order. Tengri does not store raw card details. Necessary order processing supports the purchase contract; required accounting records support applicable legal obligations. How long information is kept Purchase and payment records are retained for fulfilment, customer support and applicable accounting, dispute or legal requirements. The expiry of a download entitlement or private link does not erase the order or its backups. No automatic deletion period is promised here.
