Terms of purchase

Information about purchasing digital editions, payments and protected downloads from Tengri.

The seller Tengri sells downloadable music and production tools through this website. The legal seller identity and contact details appear below.

Your digital edition Each product page describes the recordings or sounds included and the available formats. A purchase supplies the listed digital files; it does not transfer copyright. Music previews are separate listening excerpts, not the purchased files.

Prices and payment Shop prices are shown in EUR. Where additional support is offered, you may choose the minimum price or a higher amount within the displayed limit. The displayed amount is the final purchase price. No tax is applied to your purchase. Bankart processes card payments in MKD. Checkout shows the EUR total, the MKD charge and the dated exchange rate before you continue to payment. New MKD charges are rounded to the nearest whole denar, with half-denar ties rounded up. The recorded MKD amount is the amount requested from Bankart. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion or charges. Tengri does not collect or store your card number or security code. A browser return from payment does not itself confirm that the payment succeeded. Free orders require no card payment.

Private delivery Files become available after the server verifies successful payment, or immediately when a free order is completed. Your receipt links to a private download page. Keep that link private. Each file or package is available for 30 days after fulfilment, with 10 download sessions. The exact expiry and remaining allowance appear on your download page. A download session allows resumed or repeated transfer requests during its displayed lifetime. Creating another session consumes another allowance. Download expiry does not delete your purchase record. Complete collections may include separate MP3 or WAV packages; the product page identifies the supplied formats. No physical delivery is included.

Immediate delivery and your rights Digital files are made available after verified payment or completion of a free order. Checkout does not collect an express withdrawal waiver. Completing an order or starting a download is not recorded as an acknowledgement that any applicable statutory withdrawal right has been waived. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied. If a payment appears duplicated, delivery fails or the files do not match the product description, contact the seller with your order reference. Do not send card details or your private download link. Requests are reviewed against the payment and delivery records.

Questions and changes Contact the seller below for purchase support or a withdrawal or refund request. The purchase terms recorded with your order describe that edition. Later changes to an edition or the website do not silently replace the files, seller or policy details recorded with your order.
